Shara is a Nurse Practitioner and one of the founders of Stara Wellness, where she is passionate about helping individuals look, feel, and live their best at every stage of life. Her approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that true beauty and vitality begin from the inside out.

 

With a passion for facial balancing, natural aesthetics, hormone wellness, and healthy aging, Shara believes in creating personalized treatment plans that support both confidence and overall well-being. Through Stara Wellness, she is dedicated to integrating mental wellness, psychiatry, medication management, hormone health, and aesthetic medicine to help clients achieve a more balanced, energized, and fulfilling life.

 

Shara is known for her compassionate, family-centered approach to care. She treats every client with the same kindness, respect, and attention she would offer a loved one, striving to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, understood, and confident.

 

Shara earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Jackson College, her Bachelor of Science from Eastern New Mexico University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has completed advanced aesthetic training through Aesthetic Medical Education Training Inc.

 

Outside of Stara Wellness, Shara enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, and their children and grandchildren. She believes that wellness is a lifelong journey and is passionate about helping others embrace healthy aging with confidence, grace, and intention.

Stacey Krause is an RN, BSN who has a passion for creating highly natural-looking beauty while providing and personalized care. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Davenport University and is certified with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training Inc.

Stacey wanted to become a nurse injector to encourage people from every background to feel confident with their beauty.

 

When Stacey isn't living her dream in her treatment room, she is running her Home care company and spending time with her five children and one grandchild. 

Skylar is a Registered Nurse who earned her associates degree of nursing from Lansing Community College. She received her certification in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler from Aesthetic Medical Educators Training Inc.

 

Skylar combined her two passions of nursing and aesthetics to create a career she loves. She wants her clients to feel confident and having them feel the best versions of themselves.

 

In Skylar’s free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her spunky cat J’zargo 

With years of cosmetic experience under my belt, it's safe to say that this is the kind of job that comes naturally to me! I love the part of making women feel good about themselves whether it be a makeup application or a permanent makeup application to enhance their natural beauty. My ability to listen to what the client's expectations are is an asset in achieving their goals.

Gabie became a licensed esthetician through her love for flawless skin. "One of my biggest frustrations was having that almost perfect skin,

I would have minor breakouts and I would try every product I could to figure out my skin. I was excited to learn about skin anatomy and to become an esthetician."

 

Gabie graduated from the Douglas J estheticians program in May 2023 and has been studying the profession of an esthetician since, specializing in hydro facials, chemical peels, and micro-needling but also utilizing her position for body waxing and perfecting brows including, brow laminating, brow tinting, and brow shaping. 

Coming from a creative family, art, and beauty have always been a passion of mine!

 

I have worked in the health and beauty industry as a makeup artist for the last 17 years. I have studied various beauty mediums, including my other passions, lashes, and skin!

 

Being a licensed esthetician, I specialize in skincare and makeup for all skin types and color matching. Lashes will always add the perfect little something!! I work on making the outside match what you are on the inside and that is beautiful! 

With over 7 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, Rebecah is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. Having worked in East Lansing and Flint, she has developed a deep understanding of personalized skincare for diverse needs.

 

Skincare is her priority, and Rebecah specializes in helping both men and women achieve clearer, healthier skin through tailored treatments.

 

Rebecah believes in keeping it simple, effective, and results-driven. Whether you’re looking to enhance your brows, treat your skin, or enjoy smooth, glowing results, she’s here to provide expert care with a personal touch.

Tracy is a skilled registered nurse and certified cosmetic injector with a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally radiant. With an eye for detail and a commitment to achieving subtle, beautiful results, she focuses on enhancing natural features—never overdoing them.​

Outside of the treatment room, Tracy is a devoted mom who enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s gardening, soaking up the sun on beach days, or simply chasing sunshine. She believes true beauty begins with feeling good from the inside out, and she brings that philosophy into every client interaction.

Caillyn serves as our medical director and has always had a strong interest in being an asset to her community.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (go blue) before returning to East Lansing to obtain her medical degree from Michigan State University.

Cailyn enjoys University of Michigan sports, cooking, golfing (or an attempt at it), traveling,

her dog (Sid) , and time spent with her friends

and family.
